  • Area Agency on Aging is a program that can assist older adults with connection to services available to them. Even if one does not qualify for Medicaid, there are programs available.

  • Medicaid (for aged and disabled) is a financial resource for older adults/disabled that are deemed low income. Medicaid can assist with paying for medications, medical care, and Assisted Living/Nursing Home costs. If one is Medicaid eligible and wants to reside at home or live in an Assisted Living, apply for Medicaid Waiver to assist with those costs.
