Wakefield Health Care Center is a community owned assisted living and long-term care establishment located in Wakefield, Nebraska. We are state and federally approved for Medicare and Medicaid!
Our building consists of: PMC Outpatient Therapy, Independent Ash St. Apartments, Assisting Living, and the Nursing Home. We have a beautiful garden that sits between the assisted living and nursing home.
Our professional staff take great pride in providing a healthy environment, excellent meals, and interactive activities. WHCC has maintained and enhanced a tradition that forms the very foundation of our approach to delivering our services to our families, friends, and neighbors. This statement defines our motto, “Aging with Dignity, Caring with Quality.”
